Sinvex is neither the manufacturer, seller, nor distributor of the products ordered.
Responsibility for the manufacturing, compliance and final quality of goods rests exclusively with the selected supplier and the purchasing client.
Sinvex implements reasonable supplier verification procedures.
However, Sinvex does not guarantee the supplier's ongoing solvency, business continuity, or the absence of manufacturing defects.
The client is responsible for the final validation of samples before production begins.
Quality control checks carried out by Sinvex constitute a point-in-time verification based on sampling.
Manufacturing, supply and transport lead times are provided for guidance only.
Sinvex cannot be held liable for delays caused by suppliers, customs, ports, logistics providers, or events of force majeure.
Where Sinvex coordinates transport, it acts solely as an intermediary between the client and logistics providers.
The client remains solely responsible for the regulatory compliance of imported products, required certifications, and customs obligations.
Sinvex's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the service concerned.
Payment is made by bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT depending on your location). Full banking details (IBAN/BIC) are provided upon confirmation of your quote, along with your pro forma invoice.
Any late payment may result in the immediate suspension of services.
Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from an event reasonably beyond its control.
Any dispute shall be subject to the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory provisions state otherwise.
