What we source
- Rigid boxes and gift boxes.
- Folding cartons and mailer boxes.
- Paper bags and fabric bags.
- Labels, stickers, cards and inserts.
- Inserts in cardboard, foam or moulded pulp.
Where to make your packaging
Dongguan and Shenzhen are home to many printers and box makers used to the standards of international brands. Zhejiang is well placed for bags, labels and short runs.
The real advantage is logistics: made near your product's factory, the packaging is delivered on site, your products are packed there and everything ships in the same container. You avoid a second shipment and repacking at destination.
From artwork to box
- Specification: inner dimensions, material, board weight, finishes (foil stamping, embossing, spot varnish, lamination).
- Die-line supplied by the printer, on which your designer places the artwork.
- Blank prototype, unprinted, to validate volume and product fit.
- Physical colour proof, to approve before the run.
- Production, then inspection on a sample.
- Delivery to your product's factory or to the consolidation warehouse.
What we check
| Checkpoint | What we verify |
|---|---|
| Colours | Deviation from your Pantone references and consistency between batches |
| Printing | Registration, sharpness, no smudges |
| Die-cut and folding | Accuracy, closure, product fit |
| Strength | Board thickness, stacking and drop resistance |
| Finishes | Foil, embossing, varnish and lamination without bubbles |
| Cleanliness | Ink and glue odour, no dust |
Rules to plan for
- EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR): applicable since August 2026, it gradually tightens requirements on recyclability, packaging reduction and labelling.
- Producer responsibility: most EU countries run packaging EPR schemes. In France, household packaging must also carry the Triman logo and sorting information.
- Food contact: packaging in contact with food requires a declaration of compliance.
- Green claims: environmental claims on packaging are increasingly regulated. In France, "biodegradable" and "environmentally friendly" are banned on packaging.
How we work
A free first call to understand your project; a sourcing study with scope and price set in writing; then negotiation, samples, production follow-up, pre-shipment inspection, freight and customs clearance to your door.
